Feast Menu

Feast menu includes:

House Bread and whipped smoked butter to start

Mains –

– Beer can wood fired whole corn-fed chicken with beer can gravy.

– 14-hour braised lamb shoulder with green sauce.

– Dry aged & fat aged 1kg MBS2 rib eye on the bone with red wine jus.

– Whole roasted Market fish.

– Wild Mushroom risotto (Vegetarian option serves 1)

Whole roasted suckling pig min 10 people $850 total (4 days’ notice
required) – If other mains are required an extra charge will be added.

Roasted cauliflower with cheese sauce
Roasted pumpkin with grains & spice
3 x times cooked duck fat potatoes
Charred greens with miso butter toasted almonds

1 ½ hour seating
Food per person $55. (minimum 4 person for menu)

Wednesday to Sunday Afternoon – 5pm, 6:45pm, 8:30pm.
(Wednesday to Thursday lunch bookings available for
groups of 10 only)
